Medical Conditions
Please inform us of any medical issues including medications, pregnancy, allergies, etc. that may affect the outcome of your treatments.  This and all other personal information will be kept confidential.

Group Services
For group services we require a deposit prior to confirming an appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the date of service.

Cancellation
Please provide a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice to avoid a $25 service charge. For group parties, we require a 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice to avoid a service charge.

Gratuities
Gratuities can be added to your credit card payment prior treatment or paid in cash at the time of service.

Payment Terms
The minimum charge of $45 for single place visit will be accepted. Full payment is requested after time of service  unless you are a repeat client. Gratuities can be added to your credit card payment or paid after time of service.

Additions
Any additions needed to be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.  We will place an additional hold on your card at that time.

Pricing
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or increase prices on any treatment without prior notification to ensure maximum standards of service and quality. If there are any questions, please inquire when booking your appointment.
